The Larimer County Partnership for Age-Friendly Communities is a resource for our community that focuses on housing, mobility and access, health and wellness, and the culture of aging. Its mission is to foster collaboration amongst community leaders to create sustainable strategies that enhance quality of life as we age. Sonders Fort Collins looks to the LCPAFC for advice and resources to create this livability community for all ages.
